- Using an SMS-enabled mobile device send keyword "TAILGATE" to the short code 22639.
- Once a request is received, the participant will be sent a reply text message asking the participant to submit a valid date of birth.
- Once a valid date of birth is received, participant will be sent a reply text message asking the participant to agree to the Offer Terms and Conditions.

However I tried to do the same thing (different order) via walmarts website and submitted it via my wife's phone and was rejected despite it being essentially the same as my separate successful submission.
These receipt pic deals always seem hit and miss, I'd say be prepared to try multiple times and it'll probably work put. Assuming it's still live and the slickers effect hasn't fully taken over.
