unlike regular hex bars that are about 55lbs by themselves this one is 28lbs
so you can put 4 plates on each side before it will probably fall apart if you drop it harshly.
edit: okay cant even get 4 plates on because like above poster said you need spacers
just get the VEVOR for $130 for amazon if youre at all serious about dead lifting with a hex bar. with hex bars its very easy to get up to 2 plates on each side within a couple of months of regular lifting and bulking.
