Yep! When you go to redeem, it asks you how you want to split it up. You can do all on Xbox or maybe 20 on Xbox and 5 on something else. Up to you! I did the $25 and was able to successfully get $25 on my Xbox account

Redemption was easy, can do a whole $100 xbox gift card in one shot. FYI, no option for game stop card when I got to the actual redemption choice.

Just redeemed and it took me to the same website I've used to redeem happy gift cards.

So you would first convert the listed GC to a brand specific GC (i.e. you will eventually get GrubHub GC) and yes it can be used for partial payments
