Have a 2020 75" model. 6 year old son broke the screen with an ice cube. Now it's worthless as it's not covered by warranty and part isn't available. I wish I had gotten the accidental damage protection.

For anyone not wanting to pay the $5/month Samsung subscription for art an easy way to find nice items is to use Google image search and used the advanced search option imagesize:3840x2160 after whatever you're looking for. This will only show you images that are already the correct size to display correctly on the Frame TV.

That's a feature. This model line is meant to look like picture in frames rather than just a tv

In the last sale, I ordered a 43" and 55". Still waiting for the bezel on my 55" It took a couple months to get the 43" bezel. The TV's shipped within a couple weeks.

Is it worth paying an extra $500 going from the 55 to the 65"? Or should I roll the dice and wait for more sales during black friday?

Anyone mount the 2021 version themselves? After watching a few videos it looks more complicated than the 2020 models. I've mounted many TVs with normal wall mounts before. I should be ok right?

Anyone have experience buying a TV from BuyDig? Figure its legit
Just bought and received LG c1 65" from them. Took a while to process but it was because it happened to be a long Jewish holiday. The only gripe was that their policy says any TV's over 55" use a special delivery service but I got a FedEx guy and luckily I escorted him so he wouldn't throw it around. However, the packaging was very good and TV came out perfect. Would buy again.

I ordered last time they had the deal. I think July. TV came broken. Got them on the phone (real live person) and they sent a pickup FedEx tag and shipped a replacement once it got back (replacement came within like 5 days of return being dropped off).

I never got the extra bezel or the paperwork for the extra warranty, but I need to contact them about it.

I think they order the TV from Samsung once the sale is over, so it might be a month from order date until ship date. Don't believe "in stock".

I have not bought a tv in a while. Serious question, why are the bezel so wide and what are the extra bezel? Is this simply style preference or functional?

If you can, go with a 2020 model if you must have a Frame TV. It has better HDR performance. Just keep in mind that each year, Samsung cuts features and capabilities, so it's almost always best to avoid the latest, unless you are going for the top end models.

I did several years ago--I too was apprehensive, but ended up have zero issues with neither the product nor service
