Have a 2020 75" model. 6 year old son broke the screen with an ice cube. Now it's worthless as it's not covered by warranty and part isn't available. I wish I had gotten the accidental damage protection.

For anyone not wanting to pay the $5/month Samsung subscription for art an easy way to find nice items is to use Google image search and used the advanced search option imagesize:3840x2160 after whatever you're looking for. This will only show you images that are already the correct size to display correctly on the Frame TV.

With TVs bigger is almost always better. 50 vs 55, 55 vs 65, etc. Go bigger. Big TV only feels big for a day or two and then you will regret not going bigger.

FYI, amazon has been selling 65 inch at $1499 for the last few days. You can either buy from them or price match at BB and others. Verified. Just didn't pull the trigger.

Had a lot of issues with ambient mode being used unfortunately when if you want to let it switched to a photo mode it doesn't many times not as good as it seems.

It's called a mat and you can change the color or change the style of the mat to displayed with each and every picture

I've had a few problems with this TV and I have not would not buy it again, however it's a nice piece to look at it as I said not again

FwMButtar3032018 was based on the 8 series tvs rather than the q6 like the newer ones, hence the difference in picture quality.
The white part is not on when you watch TV it's only on when you do photos and you can also do a photo without the white part the white part seems to make it look more like a photo which is called a mat
