Charcoal v propane or gas or natural gas which one is better ?
One of those things everyone has an opinion on…but I think generally the consensus is charcoal has the edge for food quality, gas for time/convenience.
When it comes to gas…neither is really better. It's just what's best for your home/situation. For most, it's propane, and why most grills are sold as propane, and even dual capable ones have nat gas kits sold separately. If you have nat gas service AND happen to have a gas outlet where you want to use the grill (or willing to get one put in) , then a nat gas grill is worthwhile. Pretty much comes down to no tanks to swap and the gas itself costing less in that situation.
