Restaurants like IHOP are at the front of employee shortages, so if you go to one do not be surprised if you experience long waits. Remember to be kind to waitstaff.

Currently at IHOP received an email earlier today or last night. And yes there's a lot of wait time. Waiting for more than 30mins. Their mascot did come and handed a balloon, so that's that.
