-The brightness is pretty great compared to other projectors. Direct sunlight on the screen will make things difficult to watch (which is true for just about every type of screen), but I use this in a room that has multiple windows and day time viewing is fine with even with plenty of ambient light. However, it looks best in a light controlled (but not totally dark) room.
-Picture quality is similar to a budget 4K TV like the TCL 4 (and comparable brightness). Colors are decent and 4K content looks nice, though HDR isn't all that great. Motion handling is just OK, but no worse than the TCL 4.
-The screen took a little over an hour to build and hang. Definitely needed another person to help, but I am not very handy and I was able to build it. Would definitely recommend looking on YouTube for screen build videos instead of just looking at the manual. Setting up the projector was fairly simple though I mismeasured by a couple centimeters when hanging the screen so the picture only fills 99% of my screen (but its not noticeable at all).
-I use it for gaming and the lag isn't an issue even when playing Warzone or other mutliplayer games. Large single player games are fantastic. I preferred playing Mass Effect: Legendary Edition on this than my 77" LG C9.
-Sports are great on it. Since they are bright, it pops even during the day time. Football on this is a lot of fun.
Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase at the price. An 100" - 120" TV for $2500 is a great deal. Nothing can compare to the size of this. And it really is a TV replacement. However, no HDMI 2.1, no real HDR, and only so-so color gamut means that videophiles may not love it. It's certainly no OLED (or even high end LED), but I have a movie theatre in my den and I didn't have to hang any projectors at at ~$2500 I don't feel any buyer's remorse.
I sold my pricey 4K projector after witnessing the black level on an OLED. Black level seems to be the most important determinant to how my eyes rate these displays.
Compared to my 77 inch OLED the black level of those huge IMAX screens look really weak. In other words, size does not matter. Being black does. ☻︎

We have not hung the screen yet and I am sure the picture would go from great to amazing if we did.
I like the fact that there is nothing there when the unit is off so we will see if the screen gets used.
The processor is a bit slow at start up and I chose a Roku for streaming to speed up everything,
