Deal on Windows operating system?

I'm looking for one legal copy of Windows 10 or 11 for an old PC. Amazon and retail sites price Windows at $100+. That seems outrageous.

Depends on how cheap you are?
Local garage sales, anyone selling an old PC, check the license (usually on the outside) take a pic and then buy a MS upgrade.
Shady as all get up but like I said it depends on how cheap you are
