Not sure anyone in the last thread ever found an employee that knew how to bring up the QR code for them to scan... I was going to wait until near the end, so hopefully by then, at least someone will know how to do it. Some of the fast food places here still don't seem to know how their own mobile app orders work.

Not sure what the last thread was about but in this deal you bring up the QR code on your PayPal app to pay with when paying in-store. All the employee has to do is scan the QR with their reader.

Might give this a try this weekend.

No it didn't work for me, staff waited me for about 15-20 min. Got really pissed off. I think I should stop going to Pandaexpress

No scanner there? Or scanner not taking PayPal QR code? Any signs indicating the store accepts PayPal/Venmo app?

The store had a sign on the door that said Paypal/Venmo accepted.

Cashier said it doesn't work and had to pay with cc.

Won't be going to a Panda Express anytime soon in the future.

Tried couple times, bland screen for "Show to pay". seconds later, my PayPal account got locked. Received message says "unusual activities in my account", need to reset password... totally pissed off

Can confirm panda employees are clueless and give 5 percent effort to solve but it works.

I claimed the venmo initially a few weeks ago. This was done in the drive through which was only successful when they walked my phone to the front registers. Tell them to do this and it will work otherwise they will all just congregate around the drive through confused.

Just claimed the PayPal one as well and was instantly credited.

I tried to look for this offer on my PP account but never found it either.
Surprisingly it still worked!
Unfortunately the Panda Express messed up my order and was missing an entrée. But hey its still a free lunch so thats pretty awesome!
