Been looking for something to hold two paddle boards together, this is perfect. Can also use it to tie off easier than just regular rope, and it has give. Looks great, thanks OP!

Used these to secure a roof back to bed rail rings, on top of a tonneau. Easy to use, worked great, seem durable. Tempted to buy backups or more for other uses. I did knot the excess slack to the rest of the bungee, so I wish it had a clip to hold the slack.

I think their policy changed, because they typically don't give the additional Military Veterans discount on sale items online anymore.

I got some of these carabiner bungee cords but they were just on the ends so some broke off. This looks like a better design. Definitely getting some

I like carabiners, but in some situations they may not fit well, or the metal may scratch.
Adjustable bungee cords with the usual hooks can be had for less.
I can't comment on the strength/durability though.

Lowe's has adjustable bungee cords with the usual coated hooks for $5.11:
