Bruh. Why is there always someone commenting that on every post for something like this? Having a shake once in a while isn't gonna kill you. It's just if it's an often habit.

If you are concerned about calories you probably shouldn't be eating at BK. Wish this shake had 1000+ calories!

Not trying to be the food police, but yikes.
I'd be in if simply reading the name of it didn't trigger my blood sugar to spike.
But hey, it's amazing what food we'll consume when you put the word "Free" with it.
Moderation has to be the key for this one. Sip, sip, pass. Serves 8. LMAO

BK went downhill big time. They have good deals but the quality of the food has suffered an ill fate.

Why the heck does a milkshake have that much sodium? I get the fat and sugar contents, but Jesus.
Every sugary thing you've ever eaten has salt in it. Sugar without salt is actually pretty bland. I challenge you to bake a cake or cookie and omit the salt and baking soda from the recipe. You'd spit it out.

Seriously, what's the point? Do they think they have to inform people that milkshakes aren't healthy?

There are definitely people who don't realize just how much sugar, sat fat, and total calories are in these things.

Do you really think it's the opinion of most nutritionists and doctors to never have fast food? That documentary was trash BTW. The medical community would say you shouldn't have a shake once and awhile? Citation needed.
When I visited my doctor for my annual checkup, he had the nerve to tell me I was in great health, and to celebrate with a burger if it made me feel good. I had to kill him then and there for that blasphemy.

It's almost like...no matter how much information you provide people (nutrition labels right on the damn sign, for instance, or "everything causes cancer" if you're in California) people will stay ignorant if that's their MO. Clearly the only thing to do is more mandates on peoples' lives, amirite? 😀 */s

NutritionFacts.org is a pretty reputable website...it may not be "tasty" by western diet standards, but a whole-food, plant-based diet is the way to go for longevity. The fact is, fast food places are physically and mentally inside the minds of customers at this point. If we can regulate tobacco and vaping, then fast food should also be. Our receptors go crazy when we drive by restaurants and smell the food. When we eat the chemical-ridden food, we're experiencing similar reactions as we do with drugs or other addicting substances.

And we keep going back because that's how the addiction cycle works -- except it's arguably worse with food because you're also getting a ton of calories, saturated fats, refined sugars, and salt that is contributing to obesity and other chronic illness.

Do I have the ideal lifestyle? Nope...I eat fast food a few days a week and probably need to do more cardio and need to clean up my diet drastically. I'm just spreading the word.

Same here. I'm normally a sucker for milkshakes, but didn't like the taste of this one. I threw it away after maybe having a tenth of it.

On the plus side the rodeo burger was delicious.

You do understand that this is a completely different opinion than your initial post (which made 0 sense).

So you are spreading the news that fast food is unhealthy? Ok....I guess....whatever floats your boat.
