I bought the 48inch from costco almost 2 months ago. How are they with price adjustments?
Costco is great with price adjustments. I bought one from them and a few months later it went on sale there. I went in and they price adjusted to a gift card, no problem at all.

Thanks! How is their shipping service? I wonder if they will help me bring it to 3rd floor apartment that does not have an elevator? Otherwise think the 55" will fit in a 2016 Camry?
I bought the 55" around this time last year and delivery was great. I scheduled a window with the logistics company and they called the day of, when they were nearby. They carried it to my 4th floor apartment and dropped it in the living room.

I'm confused, isn't 1800 for 65 the normal price?

I was looking at the 48" to use for a PC monitor but apparently early 2022 they will be releasing a 42" inch version which will make more sense for that use. Despite that, thank you for the heads up on this deal.
How do you know the 42" OLED is coming in 2022?

83" $5000 Vs 77" $3000

Really want to go all out for 83" but $5k still too expensive!

Any chance 83" will go any lower from Costco or other stores during next month Black Friday?
Wondering the same, too expansive for only 6' difference, you Can buy 77 plus 55.

It dropped to $1800 at the end of Aug. - early Sept. for pre-holiday/holiday sales. Prior to that regular sales were $2100ish.

You could also get a 77" plus a 65" and pay less than the 83".

Looks like they've matched the 65, but the 55 hasn't changed on BB's website.

Can you show us your setup?!
I use it as a monitor as well. Sitting on a motorized desk, with some brackets I bought on Amazon, so that I can fit large speakers right beneath it, as well as remotes, etc

Was really hoping to see the 65" get down to about $1500 or so at some place, but it seems they are all sticking with $1800 as the deal price.

Probably not, i put a 55 into a 2016 Prius and it barely fit, and prius has a larger opening if am not mistaken
Get a bigger hatch or SUV to take the 55. I put the 55 in the back seat if the Camry and struggled to get it out.

Nice. How is it for other tasks? I think windows can snap to the corners or sides to organize the screen.
It's fine. I only use my PC for web browsing, YouTube, and gaming though.

Does anyone know how good is the burn-in prevention on these new models compared to my older 2016 LG 65" OLED65C6P? Thinking of either going OLED again or going with the new 2021 TCL XL 85" Mini-LED QLED Full Array Smart TV. I bought my mom's the 2020 65" TCL 6-Series Mini-LED QLED TV for Xmas last year & it was very impressive. Almost as good quality as my 2016 LG OLED at a fraction of the price, plus no burn-in issues. $899.99 compared to the $2499.99 I paid for my OLED65C6P.
It's anecdotal, I don't think there have been large scale tests, but the general consensus is that it's been much improved. The C7 was the last model with heavy risk, things were improved a good bit with the C8 and tiny improvements have been made sense then. Still something to keep in mind depending on your use case though. If you leave your TV on all day, maybe don't go for an OLED.
