I think Amazon have it pretty cheap. Just not sure about the quality.

If you are near an Office Depot, you can also do the $10 monthly purchase with ink recycle program. Basically get $10 worth of merchandies and one tape for $10 out of pocket plus cost of used ink cartridges.
