Original Nintendo Power was what I compared every other magazine to when I was a kid. If I remember correctly Game Informer (before it was owned by GameStop) was actually one of the better gaming magazines. Now it is one of the only (gaming mags) still in print. I think GamePro was a good one for a while as well. Man, those were the days for sure.

i just resigned up today. its a good deal if you take advantage. I always use my $5 off for $5 or $10 of xbox points each month. A nice little perk for xbox owners, you can ask for exact amounts instead of relying on the prepaid cards. meaning, you can pay for like $7.50 of xbox points if you wanted. Cant do that with other systems. So, $60 worth of free xbox points per year at the very least. Anyway, u cant beat that for $15 per year... or in this case $10. i havent received my 10k points yet tho. if i dont get them within the week i will head back to the store and see whats up.

Your info is a little confusing. I think they are offering Pro for $10 but then give you $10 of points. So really free if you plan on buying something from them. I was thinking of signing up for a couple years, since they give you $5 each month to spend. I am hoping to trade that $5 for eShop funds.

My IP is apparently banned by Gamestop. Am I really going to have to change my IP? Gamestop, you can't stop me.

Supposedly (I learned today on Reddit) this works on Nintendo eShop too. Just go to the cashier and ask them to print a code for you.

EGM let's not forget them! Oh and when Next Gen (N64, Dreamcast, PS1) was on the Horizon Next Gen Gaming. Good old days.
