It literally says crosscut in the item name, description, overview, and specs.

I bought (what appears to be) this model, years ago. It constantly get clogged, and don't even consider putting the max number of sheets in at once. One sheet at a time and be sure to run it in reverse for a few seconds after you shred and you should be OK.

Here is a tip, once the bin is full, dump it into a garbage bag and add soapy water. Close the bag, mix the paper cuts with the water. Comeback in few hours and you got yourself a mush of paper. No way anyone can get personal information out of it.

He did. He did the leg work for you armchair warriors, and went to the site, looked at the reviews, filtered by "Most helpful" (it means people agreed with them the most) and it says right there, this item is falsely advertised as cross-cutting, but its not.
