If you look at the picture on the left it said:

Free Jr. Frosty For A Year W/Any Purchase.

You can use it as many times as you want (w/purchase of course) on separate orders.

Get the physical version. If you get digital then you can't combine with other in app offers. If you get the physical card, you can place your app order with an offer and show them the card when picking it up. I've never had issue getting the free one that way.

Be careful if you keep it on your keys. I let a coworker use my keys to go to the bathroom whenever we were at work. I didn't think much of it at the time thinking she never had the keys to it before. One day I realized my Frosty tag was missing, this was at the time you didn't need to purchase anything to get the free frosty. I asked the fatty if she noticed it missing from my keys and she said no. But ever since then she never borrowed my keys again to go to the bathroom. I couldn't prove it but I know she schemed to take my tag from me. Now I keep the tag in my wallet.

I highly encourage everyone to buy the physical keytag rather than worrying about the digital version. The mobile app won't let you use the digital version in addition to another coupon/offer.

Typically if you show the physical keytag then the cashier will let you use another mobile coupon as well as the physical keytag.
