Torque Test Channel on YouTube is a great channel that tests all kinds of impact wrenches, including this one, and has them all on a spreadsheet.
They have a new brushless version that's 600ft/lb but thats not in the kit.
I have this one and haven't had any issues when trying to remove lug nuts. Nothing super rusted or anything like that so probably enough for average homeowner not working on tractors or fleet vehicles

Cars haven't had Grease fittings in about 20 years, not sure what you are going to use the sprayer for, and the inflator is once every couple of months?
Last month I did the $100 4.0ah + 2x 1.5ah + 2x drill combo as I needed a new drill set anyways and I was going camping and needed the low pressure inflator tool (bought at full price). I separately added the high pressure inflator tool for $20 (though the low pressure version says you can also use it on automotive tires)
I'm on the fence using the ratchet. I've always used manual ratchets on the car. Impact gun..also not sure, I don't do enough wheel/brake swaps.
He said 2 useful tools implying that the other 3 tools are undesirable.
For me impact driver, impact wrench, multi tool, and maybe a circular saw (could do without) plus battery and charger of course for $180-240 (depending on the battery) .
