Is this enough to power up the actual refrigerator and or mini freezer?
i would save up for a small quality generator instead. just make sure to run fuel stabilizer and it will never give you any issues.

What a shame to pair such good components with such minuscule capacity.

The new portable refrigerator/freezers use about 50 to 60 watts and they don't have a startup surge current so this could power it for like 4-5 hours if you had it pre-chilled

This is like buying a 5 year old phone. Ecoflow River runs circles around this as far as specs go.
The 288wh Ecoflow River is $349 at REI. It should run circles around the Jackery for the difference in price.

Can anyone comment on the Jackery SolarSaga 60W solar panel that's also on sale for $153? Is it still overpriced or a decent buy to pair with the Jackery Explorer 240?

If your an SCE customer (Southern California Edison) there's a 75 rebate on this, making it a smoking deal. I did it last time with a similar model with USB c, and SCE mailed me a check.

But a build-in lithium battery seems like this product would only last a few years.
By then, there will be better battery technology.

About one night of use if your CPAP uses 30W per hour and you sleep 8 hours.

You need to be in tier 2 and 3 to be qualified for the rebate 😑.
