I wouldn't buy something this expensive from Newegg. Terrible customer service and too many issues with returns if something goes wrong.

I've returned 2 laptops to them recently without any issues. If you see the item marked with a 30-day hassle free return label, you should be good. I can only speak to my own experience but it was just as easy as returning something to Amazon or BestBuy. This a more recent change to their return policy.

As for the laptop in question, I really like it. I just wish the display could easily be swapped out when burn-in inevitably sets in.

Same, I bought a 2000 dollar msi laptop it had a problem with the graphics chip. I returned it no hassle. I didn't even have to call support; just hit I wanted to return on the website.

MSI GP66 Leopard it had an RTX3080. It had a flickering issue and vbios flash ing didn't fix it. Also randomly the graphics would go scrambled and the computer would randomly restart. https://www.newegg.com/core-black..._-10202021

they charged me 20$ to return unopen item, so I am pretty sure you are newegg employee spreading lies in here
