Glass still has better scratch resistance (and clarity) than polycarbonate.
And for glasses, I have never shattered a glass or plastic lenses (why would they take that type of abuse), but have certainly scratched just about every pair of polycarbonate glasses I've owned, where my glass costa glasses are scratch free.
So I returned it and ordered the same model from Oakley.com
Well, when I received it, it had exactly the same cheap pouch, wrap, misaligned rubber, and cheap sticker. So, I think Amazon sold me a genuine Oakley. Just Oakley decided to cheap out on its packaging material (and sunglasses as well). It fits so well on me, so I decided to keep it. But compared to my last Oakley (Juilet), their quality tanked so much so that now it rivals Chinese knockoffs. Honestly, why bother getting genuine anymore if Oakley doesn't care about its quality?
Amazon is rampant with fake/Scam items ALL over all sorts of items, nor just sunglasses. However like anther said, worst comes, just send them back

Edit: Most people repeated what I said earlier in the thread. I'll add that I love my pair, so if you see a style you like, it's a good buy regardless.
These say plastic frames and plastic lenses. Real? Fake? Or have they "cheapened up" the classic Wayfarers.
These are legit. Woot is a reputable site, owned by Amazon. I've purchased sunglasses from them before and had zero issue. I used to work for Oakley for a long time, and I can spot a fake a mile away, unlike some of the people who may claim that these didn't pass their "fake test."
These are older and sometimes discontinued styles, that weren't that popular or expensive to begin with.
As far as the lenses, yes, they're polycarbonate, at least the Oakley ones, though I'm assuming all. Polycarbonate lenses are 10x stronger than glass, and they're lighter. They're also impact resistant. You can smash them with a hammer and they'll just bounce back up. Sometimes with a little dent. I used to do those exact demos for people. I'd smash the lens with a hammer and watch it bounce and still be useable.
I can't believe some people still complain and want glass. Glass is heavy and shatters. You can run over polycarbonate lenses with your car, and pop them back into the frame right after, and go about your day.
For sunglasses, go with glass.
