You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Yes you can, i used my $300 reward certificates. Its a way better deal using them since you don't pay taxes on the value used by reward certificates.

Its pretty hard to guess as there is no end date mentioned. Bestbuy tend to change promo weekly but the prev similar deal ran for couple weeks.
