You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

i did the trade-in back when the phone came out 09/24 and already received the bill for this month. the worse case i call Tmobile and ask them to remove the fee.

Yes they will accept phones that are on payment plan with T-Mobile and prob apple.

I have a EIP but traded in a 12 pro max for the 13 pro max 3 days ago. Do you think that will auto fall off or will I have to call and fight with T-Mobile?

Nothing should happen as long as you keep the line with the promo. T-Mobile will continue to bill you for the remaining balance monthly and you'll continue to receive your promotional credits.
