You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I ordered two phones from my account on two separate lines as upgrades. One got through the other one BB cancelled saying they were unable to activate the device I purchased. There's only one store around me that has 3 in stock for pickup but I keep getting a processing error or some other while trying to connect to T-Mobile. Is anyone facing this??
I have a 12pro waiting to get $900 in trade but unable to proceed.

In store, they charged me $5 in sales tax.
Placed order online for in store pickup, they charged me $35 in sales tax.

That's so messed up with BB. I did both orders online with higher tax. Did not try instore since I don't think they have stock and I keep hearing people on here saying more tax instore.

I traded in my iPhone se2 towards a iPhone 13 pro. Was an easy process once I got to the store.
Does anyone know how often I can upgrade a phone on the same phone number? Like could I do this same deal again tomorrow with the same phone number?
