You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Not sure about the current unlocking rules. It usually is 40 days but I think some others here have reported successful unlock requests already. That being said, I believe you would have to activate it first to show in the system.
T-Mobile app is not tforce. Only fb chat and twitter are tforce. T-Mobile app and 611 goes to their generic customer support which includes outsourced reps who are not as knowledgeable. Sometimes they do just fine but I stick with tforce since they are more consistent in helping me resolve my issues.

I am getting an error adding to cart online and had same issue at the store. Bestbuy is saying something like it is different and they dont know why they are getting error. Tmobile is saying there are no restrictions and no issues. So dont know what to do?

One of my friend had this issue, seems like his account billing type was "financed" meaning he was put on a billing like lease or jump on demand where he can upgrade phones every 13 months, the only option he has is to go to TMobile for his phones. Best buy as of now can only upgrade buy-out billing type accounts and not financed ones.

Best buy never accepts passport of any other country. I dont think anyone said they done without a state id. How come you dont have one (neither state id nor a DL)

Thanks for the reply. My phone is not financed. Mine is unlocked phone. One of the bestbuy guy at the store is saying it may be because how it is showing on his end without a plan name but a number like RS-104 or something as plan. Mine is a Tmobile one small business plan taken 5 years back. I did not have any issues when I did the trade-in 2 years back at costco. What baffles me is that tmobile dont know the error reason.

You place an order online for in store pick up. Wait for the email from BB your order is ready to be picked up. Go to the store and complete the transaction.
You cannot place an online order where it's showing OOS. Select a different store.
