You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Verizon auto unlocks after 60 days automatically. You don't need to do anything.

Same exact thing happened to me. Got the cancellation(original pickup was Nov 12). Submitted new order immediately and it showed nothing in stock, eta Dec 10. FML.

Call Verizon to deactivate. Then reactivate on T-Mobile. I had the same prob.

Yeah I'm mentally preparing myself to never get the deal. I had a November 12 pickup date that got canceled because they couldn't charge my card (fraud claim changed my number) so sounds like I would've gotten my order canceled anyway as I'm in the Bay as well. It's almost like Best Buys aren't getting any phone shipments here.

I did place another order that now says December 3rd but I'm not holding my breath...

Order got cancelled just now for 3rd December pickup. Did anyone face same issue? What did i do wrong?
Ok so after cancellation email, I instantly placed new order as I was able to see 1 phone in stock where i intend to pickup the phone with trade in. I was able yo place the order and i got pick up ready notification for today. Will update how it goes.. Thanks those who responded..

Get this email 2 mins after I get the confirmation email saying it will be available for pick up in 1 hour. All stores near me say they have availability and I've tried 2 stores now with the same cancellation email:

"Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order because it has exceeded our orderable quantity limits. Please see our Conditions of Use, which explains order limitations and limited quantities. "

Anyone know why this is? I am only trying to upgrade 1 phone. Thanks in advance

No problem whatsoever. This deal basically you're purchasing the phone outright. End goal is to get it unlocked as soon as possible. The phone has flex policy. So whatever the carrier that you first activated, you have to contact them to get it unlocked.

Ordered 10/23, got a cancellation email just now 11/13, a whole 21 days later lol! The same BB now has the color I actually wanted in stock apparently, so I re-ordered that color instead. Said it'll be ready in an hour--we'll see!

Ordered last night and got pickup confirmation today morning. Went to store in the evening, and traded in 12 64GB for the base iPhone 13. $81.xx out the door. Not bad. Pretty smooth and quick transaction.

I did the same thing last week. I think the 12 64gb gets you the best trade in value if you're able to find one for a decent price.
