Thank you for the tip. I logged into my account and didn't have any of the blocks on my lines, but I toggled them on/off anyway, sent the texts, and waited before trying, but no luck. I did learn there are a lot of blocks I can (and should) be using on my account though, so I appreciate the heads up on those!

Thinking I may just surrender today and get my upgrade via the Costco deal if they have them in stock. It's just too much hassle when these errors keep coming up.

I ordered a couple weeks ago and just went to check status and noticed my order was canceled with no reason given. I also have the insider/hookup , so that could be a reason but it did let me order. Trying to get through on chat right now and they are too busy to even enter a queue.

I have XS. Trade value is $420 i think. Iphone 13 max going to cost another $650. Is it worth it? I am long overdue for upgrade. Trying to see if there are other discounts with bill credits.

Most of the deals at Tmo requires add a line and on their Max plan. For that, they will give $800 for XS. If you don't have the max plan, add a line and they will give $400 for XS. Also TM charges tax at retail price. Another thing that you will have to ship your trade in.

Would you able to sell your XS for $420 on open market without any trouble. Driving and meeting the buyers. Sometimes they didn't even show up.

This deal is quite good because don't have to add new line, or changing to their expensive max plan. And walk away with payoff device.

I'm really confused by this deal. I paid $79.99, then was told I get $520 trade in credit for the iphone 12 and $200 bill credit. Wouldn't I expect to pay $279.99 to Best Buy instead and the get the bill credit through t-mobile. I didn't see anywhere on my check out about bill credit anyways.

New stock kept popping up closer & closer to me so I kept cancelling + reordering. Now I'm getting the "multiple orders found" error. Tried it while logged out, and now it won't even send me the verification text that I was getting (i even followed the wiki).

So I cancelled my old orders and now it won't let me place a new one. Anyone run into this? Should've just left it alone!

Those in California, if you order online and pick up instore, they will charge you tax on full price on the phone. If you buy it through the b&m then they will only charge you tax on the amount after trade in. I cancelled my online order when I got to the store and then repurchased it at the store to get reasonable taxes.

Yup. The code comes with a different line but based on the comment above yours, I'll try to do it in person to save on taxes

Thanks for the information. I have a max plan with one line and free netflix. Employer pays for the plan but not device. I guess I can sign up for longer tern plan. But 36 months is too long. If I need to change job or something, I can't switch to different carrier without loosing bill credits.

I have hookup and had no problem doing this deal about 3 weeks ago.
