You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Umm Wrong, cc will be charged when BB tells you that your order is ready for pickup. BB will refund if you don't pickup or cancel it. I did 8 pickups up to this point. Also canceled 2 that BB told me my orders were ready. All 10 orders were charged and posted on the next day after received the pickup notification. I used AMEX for all 10 orders and it posted really quick. Also refund showed up the next day after I canceled the orders!

Does anyone know if trade-in value is guaranteed if an order is placed? Doing the 299$ iphone 12 mini deal from walmart but its not getting here until Monday, and I know some people have the said the best buy deal might end today.

It depends on which rep does the deal.

They did not opened mine, nor asked me to activate the phones, or insert our SIMS.

But BB did deactivate one old SIM which was still in an old phone, tho the box was still sealed. But such might create an issue if that phone holder is not nearby, especially out of town/USA.

You can always request and tell them this is for xmas gift, pls do not open, which is true in many cases.

Yeah those are hit or miss, I got the BB one but never get the Amazon ones. iPhone 12 trade to an iPhone 13 Pro after Amex credit and taxes came out to $279

Yes I did the same thing, placed two separate orders for the same line within 10 minutes and picked up both at the same time

I haven't done that yet, so I can't answer. I rotated between my line and friend's line to do this trade.
