You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

TM doesn't care what you do with the phone as long your line is active. I had traded in 2-12P for 2-13PM under this deal and both phones are still under EIP and still getting monthly credits ever since. Nothing has changed on my account instead of showing my 2-13PM being used. The 12P still being show under EIP, how many months left, how much TM bills me each month and how much the credits are being applied.

So please don't provide any misinformation!

Sorry, a follow up question- Did you enter the ph# of the phone you traded in for them to verify upgrade eligibility? I did and it automatically changed payment for new phone from pay in full to eip.

BB already charged you in full if you chose paid in full when you got the pickup email. Pickup in store is just a tradein process. No payment is involved if you order online. I haven't done any in store order yet. So I can't answer your question.

I have 4 lines on my accounts. I just alternating between 2 numbers to place the order.

No, any phone number on your account will work. BB just needs to verify that you have an eligible account with Tmo.
