You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Another DP. Just finished trading in 12 mini from ST. Process as usual. Don't ask the reps about anything that related to the tradein. Such as phone not paid off, or from ST. Just had small talk with the rep about watch 7 and PS5 if they will be getting anymore in soon.
