You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Hi, I thought with BB deal, we only get the trade in promo applied, whats the 250$ savings? Some please educate me? Went through questions but couldn't find my answer. Planning to get the 12mini from sams and get a 13promax, (630-300$ mini cost doesn't seem like a big discount). Is the additional 250 savings only for zflip phones?

For the trade in promo at Tmobile, they require you to do the 30 month payment plan. If you don't want a payment plan and to pay in full instead, your trade in value for your old phone will be A LOT less it's not even worth the trade in. Not sure about Best Buy.

Just switch to AT&T Tmobile will probably not give exsiting customers anymore promo trade in in the future...they did this before and I was stuck with them for 4 years...they're trade value sucks compared to Verizon and At&T...I got $800 for an iPhone XR...T-Mobile gives you $420...

From what I have seen T-Mobile's credit is instantly AT&t it's spread out over at 36months

I can confirm for CA (San Francisco Bay Area) tax, if you do the trade in in-store, is on the difference, not the full price of the phone. However, they only give you $720 trade in value for the iPhone 12 instead of $725 for some reason.

A few other notes after doing the trade in just 2 hours ago:
1) They tried to charge me $10 for a new SIM card, so I just asked them to move my SIM over and they waved the $10
2) The rep didn't have a definite end date for this deal, but said he expected it to run through the holidays
3) They needed me to wipe my old phone before I left the store, but they will give you time with both new and old phones if you want to transfer everything before you leave
