You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

A lot of people are mentioning a verification text.

Is this just for current T-Mobile customers?

Is BB texting to the phone you are trading in (so it has to be activated?)? Or do they text the one you buy from BB?

I am not a current T-Mobile customer. I am trading in a new Mini 12 phone from Walmart. I will have another phone with me.

Before you hit the add to cart button, make sure the phone is showing available in store or showing exactly when it will be available (not by shipping). If neither, then it will show the error you're seeing.

Thats for who have opened tmobile lines at Costco and then coming back to BB to upgrade plus trade in. Basically existing tmo customers is my understanding, it you are opening a line directly with BB no need to care for texts.

Thanks for the reminder but that requires physically inserting the T-Mobile SIM into the new iPhone, correct? Simply scanning the T-Mobile SIM wouldn't activate it or would it? All my iPhone 13's are still sealed and SIM cards haven't been used/removed.

I might have missed it buy are they limiting the orders per line?
I did an upgrade for my personal line late September for a 13 pro and traded in a 12 pro with this Best Buy deal.

Just now, I tried to place a new order and I get the error:
Sorry, but you have multiple orders to upgrade the same line or phone number. You can cancel your pending orders by logging into your BestBuy.com account

If you have questions or need support regarding your order, please visit Best Buy Support.

Picked a line from my sister and same thing, she upgraded last month with this Best Buy deal.
Picked another line on a different account and it went through

I asked this question about 50 pages ago and I've seen it pop up again. I had iPhone 6s Plus 16gb version that showed $210 trade in. Problems with checking out is that the iPhone 6s Plus only shows the 128gb for $60 trade in….

I kept looking at the list and saw another option for iPhone 6s+. However this only showed 32gb,64gb,128gb - not my 16gb mentioned above.

So I took a chance and selected this iPhone 6s+ 32gb option and Best Buy didn't question it at all. They entered the imei and took the trade in.

This option does not involve any credits with T-Mobile? You are simply financing the difference between the trade in and phone cost. If you pay it off earlier it shouldn't be a big deal. Correct me if I am wrong
