You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Folks, how do you do this deal for phones not readily available in-store? When I fill out trade-in details Best Buy checkout doesn't let me do shipping for in-store pickup, instead says nothing is available within 250 miles. Do you order phone for in-store pickup without trade-in and then ask rep to add trade-in in-store?

On the new Iphone, will factory reset change the SIM unlock status? Just wondering if its only the first time that we have to go through the unlock process.

Not possible, I called up BB and also tried to visit store to see if they can have some tricks to place order online. Since the order requires trade-in, only instore pick with available stock is the only option

These iphones are called Flex phones, which means it basically locks iphone to "first" sim inserted provider. if you use Verizon, it will lock to verizon and you need to raise request to Verizon to unlock
