You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

damn what a shitty experience at bb when picking up. this lady was trying so hard, not sure what her deal was, first she tells me my XS has burn in, but they'll still give me full 425... I'm like it's in nightshift mode it's not burn in. she's like no this is burn in, and she switches from dark mode to light mode and says see? I just rolled my eyes and said whatever...

then she goes ahead asking for my trade in phone's password and everything and she takes matters into her own hands and does everything from popping in a new sim when I said I already have a sim as this is an upgrade and she's like nahh it's already transferred to this new sim I'm like uh ok, and she couldn't even get it activated... so I was like how about we just pop in my old sim? and sure enough it works. And then she goes ahead and updates my phone and transfers everything from old phone even though I told her it's already backed up. I sat there for 30min staring at the ceiling... I don't even know if that whole experience was worth it

I already use a prepaid account so is it ok to go ahead an cancel this $20 plan and eventually unlock in 3-40 days?

Did your fully pay off the phone? It's my understanding that it has to be active on the network for the full 40 days, but others may have different advice/experience.

No one know.. he said, she said, BB reps said it ends today. So will see. If you haven't order, then you might want to think to lock in the deal. You can always cancel and reorder if the deal continue.

What is the cheapest way to port out? I used h20 wireless in the past but now I'm hearing they make you pay a fee. Does anyone know if h20 wireless is still free to port in?

Tello cost $2 per sim and $5 cheapest plan. Any suggestions? Thank you

Haha went through similar experience and this was when picking up my 3rd and last phone (graphite 13 PM). I'm with TMo on simple choice and the phone will be used on TMO, so I don't care for unlock. But it was really annoying to see the rep messing with the new sim and phone and trying to activate and finally give up after he realized he'd have to call TMo to activate the sim. And the moron threw away the sim ejector pin too. Was annoyed but this is my last one so did not make a big deal out of it.
