I've had laser tag guns where even though you're hiding behind a wall, you get shot, presumably because lasers bounce off walls. This problem effectively renders the guns useless as whoever pulls the trigger quickest wins. Does anyone know if these models suffer from same issue?

These can still suffer from that, but they do have a switch to change from indoor/outdoor use. I do notice a difference when playing inside while switching between the two. Hits bouncing off walls occur less frequently when on the indoor setting for sure.
Heck of a deal. I bought 10 sets of these for $52 each probably 12 years ago because somebody on Slickdeals was insisting they were going out of production. Obviously, that was untrue.

I don't think these are all new. I have ten of them and ordered them several years apart. Some packaging looked new and others refurbished. Fortunately for me, they all work perfectly fine.
OOS. Heck of a deal for those who got this. Families in our youth group have about 30 of these and other compatible Tiger/Nerf lazer tag guns. It's incredible fun when we all get together!

These have an indoor/outdoor switch, although even indoors with the switch in "outdoors", I haven't noticed this issue.
