Yeah, looks like there was a lot of pent up people waiting to upgrade their pixel phones. Most Pros sold out, especially the higher RAM versions (chip shortage no joke), buds selling out, store keeps crashing when I try to check out.
Com'on Google you lord over the internet, and you can't even keep your store site from crashing?

Site was slammed, timing out or with errors, couldn't get through checkout, now all of the Pro colors are showing out of stock on Google's store. How many they had in stock that they were able to sell out while all the errors were going on must have been laughable. Hopefully I can get one this year.

Wow, what a price and deal with the buds. I picked up a Pixel 5a a month ago because the rumors at the time were the 6 was going to be around $900-$1k. I am also looking to buy the Pixel Buds soon so I guess I should have waited. Although, I much more prefer the fingerprint sensor on the back than face unlock.

Same, the 6 and 6 Pro didn't have a launch date and needed a phone for family so had to get the 5a. The $599 price makes the 6 a much better deal compared to the 5a 5G now especially with the free buds. Still in the google store return window for the 5a but there is no mention when the new 6 will actually be delivered. Hope the trade in value or ebay values stay high for the 5a.

I'd been trying for nearly 2 hours (since the new phones went live) before getting to the screen to select payment. During that time my cart cleared at least once, then almost everything appeared out of stock. 20 minutes after that, the model I wanted (white 256) showed back in stock.

While typing this I got a payment error at least twice, and after reloading it somehow popped up with a confirmation screen with an order number, which doesn't (yet?) appear in my order list....
