FYI, in the US at least, there are two Pixel 6 models; one with and one without mmWave.
The Pixel 6 from T-Mobile (or sold from Google as unlocked) does NOT have mmWave.
The Pixel 6 from Verizon (or from Google for Verizon) has mmWave, as well as the Pixel 6 from AT&T.
All Pixel 6 Pro have mmWave.

And you don't get all 8 free lines at the same time. It usually activates one line, gets a free line. you wait 1-2 month then cancel the paid line. Those free lines are accumulated over the year.
