FYI, in the US at least, there are two Pixel 6 models; one with and one without mmWave.
The Pixel 6 from T-Mobile (or sold from Google as unlocked) does NOT have mmWave.
The Pixel 6 from Verizon (or from Google for Verizon) has mmWave, as well as the Pixel 6 from AT&T.
All Pixel 6 Pro have mmWave.

Click here for a link to Tmobile's Discussion of Device Damage [t-mobile.com]. This page generally discusses device troubleshooting/checking the condition of a device. It goes beyond trade-ins but a keyword search of the page will show trade-in specific information.
When does this deal end? Tmobile does not have a specific end date listed. However, This is a "pre-order" deal. Deal is likely valid until good until the phone is released on October 28th. Another deal will likely follow. Details unknown.
Can I trade in more than one phone? See Tmobile's Trade-in Page [t-mobile.com]. It says, "You can trade in one device per active line per month at the time you upgrade or activate a new line of service."

The phone I'm trading in is currently getting monthly credits from a prior deal. Will they disappear if I take advantage of this deal? Click here for Tmobile's webpage on promotional credits. [t-mobile.com]
For all the people commenting "Site says I'm only getting $xx.xx off for my trade in", that is correct because that is the upfront value you will receive. The remaining $300, $450, or $900 will be reflected over the next 2 years as monthly bill credits. [Thanks CabbagesStrikeBack]

IMHO, if you have a low level phone to trade in to get this Amazing deal then you should jump.
We have two lines. I traded a Oneplus 7T (originally purchased for $330 and used for about 1.5 years) and got $450. I also traded in a OnePlus 6 with a cracked back in multiple places BUT the display is mint, the phone has no water damage and it power's on... they gave me $300 for this phone which was currently in our draw not being used. The phone that we currently have on our second line is the S20 FE which we will sell on Fleabay for about $350.00. We both got the pro.
The only BAD article that I read had to do with the modem that google uses... and there is a good possibility that 5G speeds may be around 50% slower compared to the S21 or other flag ship phones.

You were "told directly" by the cheapest people T-Mobile could find to answer the phones. "Team of Experts" they are not.
I get it, you want $900, so you're going to believe the person that tells you you'll get it. That's the basis of a LOT of scams by the way.
I'm not telling you that you're wrong.
I'm just pointing to the T-Mobile official documentation.
You did read it? Right?
Here, I circled the important bits:

I have a "2020 Apple Switch Trade P5", where I got an iPhone 11 Pro for free over bill credits. T-Mobile only allows one EIP per line, so I paid the phone off such that the remainder of the EIP credit goes to account level; via T-Force:
Then, I purchased a Galaxy S9 on eBay for about $100. I got the IMEI number, and confirmed with T-Force rep that if I add Plus Up as an addon to just that line, I will qualify for $900:
With Decluttr offering $463.10 for my iPhone 11 Pro, this upgrade to Pixel 6 Pro will cost:
+$900 (Pixel 6 Pro)
-$900 (Promo)
+$100 (Galaxy S9)
-$463 (iPhone 11 Pro sale price)
+$15*24 (Plus Up)
------------------------------------------------
-$3 (or a wash)
Not bad!
I got a DocuSign to sign
But I didn't get a order confirmation email with a order number. I placed an order 2 hours back. Is this expected?
I was able to pay off my S20 FE and they placed the monthly credits to my account from the line and instead of trading in that phone I have a OnePlus 6 (the back of is all cracked up) and they gave me $300 for this phone and I will sell my S20 FE on Fleabay for like $375.00ish.
