I have news for you. It will get worse. The only questions are how much worse and when.
My guess, until close to the end of next year. People are walking away from their jobs and soon people will be forced out due to the new policies. So everyone is going to be short staffed, which will drive prices way up. There's lots of college and highschool kids who are willing to take those spots but it will take time to train them.

There was a recent study that found that the environmental impact of buying a plastic tree far outweighed the environmental impact of getting a real tree every year. To have it break even, you'd need the plastic tree to last for aomething like 20 years.
What's your point?

This is ridiculous. Are people really selling Christmas trees in mid October? Halloween is still over a week away…
By time you get it, it'll be time to decorate

With these artificial trees number of tips count. This one only has 1,096 tips. The more tips the tree will look fuller after you shape it. I would expect 1,300 tips for a 7 footer.

Also, the site suggested: expect to take 45-60 minutes to shape the tree.

You're a bit slow if you couldn't pick up the point from context of their statement…

20 years would be 2024 for me, but I'm looking 3 years early. My GE is getting a little long in the tooth.

The old GE tree I bought for $60 at a salvage store in 2004 had 1600 tips. I think this one would disappoint me.

It's 2021. You can buy trees all year round on the internet unless you want one from a big box store.

I still dont like killing trees needlessly so I will stick with artificial.
You do know they are grown specifically for this purpose AND reseeded, right, ie. tree farms??
