Just to clarify, in order to get the $74.50 price this has to be in stock at $149.99 (not the normal $199.99) and you have to hack it using the ratchet as the free item?

Does this specific store "2575" have to have it in stock or just available for shipping while browsing from that store as your location?

Just worked for me, but I had to pay 8.99 shipping for the cutoff kit. Still worth it though, thanks OP.

Now to figure out what I am going to use it on…

This item is back in stock on the website for shipping/in-store pickup but unfortunately is now listed as $199 with the free item instead of $149 as the OP had posted (yes I selected store 2575).

Anyone else find a location showing the $149.99 price before being prorated? I'm interested in this as a specialty tool but only if I can find it at the lower price
