Maybe if you change your store to one that has them for $6.12, you can ship them anywhere at that price. Use to work with Lowes. If anyone cares to try, 28411 shows $6.12.

On a side note, the new packages/rolls at the first store seemed smaller than they used to be. The second store confirmed my hunch because they had both. They both have 6 rolls and 55 sheets each, but here's the specifics for each:
New packaging:
Sheet: 11" x 9.4"
Roll: 39.5 square feet
Total: 236.9 square feet
Old packaging:
Sheet: 11" x 10.4"
Roll: 43.6 square feet
Total: 261.6 square feet
And the 'normal' in-store price used to be $9.97, now it's $10.47. Sneaky, sneaky.
Moral of the story: get the old packages (red and yellow coloring like the ones in the image for this post above; new ones are grey) while they're still in the wild.
