P2 trick being have someone in your household sign up for an account to get you through another year and have to wait 6 months for first person to re sign up. Can you buy things at Costco without a membership if you have Costco gift cards without a fee?

Thanks but my question was related to just buying a costco gift card with out a membership.
OP's listing says you have to pay at Gilt.com and then receive a voucher to redeem at Costco.com, which would mean the Costco.com charge is $0 when you check out, right? So I don't think you can stack the two in this manner.
