No need to talk to agent, use "LWPWOYERTT" promo code for free tv mounting and "2021FRAMEBEZEL" for free bezel.

First, I'm sorry you felt mislead, but the one connect box is shown in the pictures of the product page along with the one connect wire and explanation of what it is. Sorry you missed that.

But to correct something you stated. The white border is the matting look which can be added to any picture you want. You can even change the color of that matting/border. From what I've seen you can create your own pictures by putting multiple family photos on it and having a matting all around them. I don't have the TV yet, but about 30 minutes of research gave me all the info I needed to make an informed purchase. The only thing I don't know is in-person performance and I have to wait for that…

Just spent the last 20 minutes on chat and was successful. Here are some tips for others:

1. You have to add all three items to the shopping cart: tv, bezel, mounting service
2. go to the shopping cart. code for bezel is generic: 2021FRAMEBEZEL
3. for the mounting service, scroll to the bottom of the shopping cart where it says "Need help? Chat Now" Click the link for Chat Now.
4. ask the chat agent that if they can provide the mounting installation promo code, you will buy the tv. They offered other promo codes for sound bars and other equipment. I politely declined and kept requesting the installation promo code. It took them a good 10 minutes to search their knowledgebase articles and provide the mounting promo code. It looks like the installation promo code is unique.
5. apply both promo codes

Search samsung in perks at work. It gives me a few different options but look for the one with "shop TV"

It's not a separate link. You have to have an EPP account. Once you have the EPP account set up and you are logged into it, then you shop on Samsung's site and will be able to see any discounts on products. Other TVs are discounted right now too. But The Frame seems to be a larger discount…
