Not on its own. You need zinc for optimal absorption of the D3 and Quercetin for optimal delivery of the zinc. Both Lysine and Ivermectin (everyone's favorite horse de-wormer) also stop the attack of the SARS-CoV-2 viruses. All who have serious Covid-19 symptoms are Vitamin D deficient to some degree, so if you want to be an "asymptomatic" carrier vs a "Covid longhauler", dose up with D3. I think this one is much better .
it's 10,000 IU so ten times stronger than the one here, for people who think it's more expensive than the deal.
But it contains Maltodextrin. I would stay away from it.

Get your Vit D tested next time you go in, you can actually overdose on Vit D.. I feel tired and when I take Vit D it sure does help. Especially in the winter. But Vit D will spill over into the blood so get tested.

For those with Costco membership, you can buy 600 2000iu tablets for $8 next month.

This is still a better deal at $4.50 because of the lower quantity and 1000iu tablets. This should last at least half a year per person and won't give you kidney stones.
