Not sure if anyones looked at the first review pics and checked out those welds, even with a seocond pin that doesn't inspire confidence. Some of th welds are outright atrocious.

After the problems they've had with the harbor freight ones collapsing, I'm not about to trust these with my life since there's a good chance they're the same junk with a different sticker, especially from a no name company that doesn't really exist to be liable. These are one thing that aren't worth getting a slick deal on unless it's a trusted brand.

I have the 6 Ton versions of these jack stands. Got them for $47 in March of this year and at least my pair were quality units. Well built and inspired confidence. I have a Nissan Armada and a Honda CRV that I've used the stands on. Replaced shocks and other maintenance.

Pro-LifT is a well respected brand and mine are built like tanks. I see Home Depot and Walmart are both offering this same model for $30.88. After over a year of overpriced jack stands, it's nice to see them again at 2019-2020 "normal" price.

I hate how polarized everyone is these days. Everyone in this thread is either Pro-LifT or pro Chocks.

They did screw up again. There was a recall on the replacements for the initial recall.

If it's something that could hurt you when it fails, stay away from Harbor Freight.
