no name seller with generic USB c cables at $1/each. I'm guessing these are pretty junky.
High wattage PowerDelivery does need C to C though. You shouldn't be charging your full size laptop off this cable.
...but with this level of a cheapy cable I don't know if you want to push much wattage through it anyway ha
