Have bought multiple times from them, good support and great prices with sales. They might be slow on shipping, but it's ok for me.

I’ve bought things at their B&M store and online. They are awesome! I haven’t had a bad experience yet.

Yes. I went to one in person 2 weeks ago and bought several items.

I have a garage full of ryobi tools I've bought from them and have had very good experiences.

Ryobi is owned by TTI. Direct Tools is owned by TTI. 🤷 Factory blemished gets around exclusivity with Home Depot. We have a store on our way to my in laws cabin and have stopped by many times. Totally, 1000000% legit. They are not always fast shipping, but many places are way behind in that area these days. In store, at least at our location, customer service is excellent.

Any mini glue sticks will work.

I have this one and get glue sticks at 99 cent store. Very convenient with no cord..Because of it's mobility, I use it way more than I thought I would. Great item.

It is legit. They are the authorized factory outlet for Ryobi. They have some brick and mortar stores as well.
What about the one that uses full size sticks?

It's also 25% off at $18.74
Here's a nice comparison of Ryobi's 3 glue guns: https://craftwizz.com/ryobi-cordl...p306-p307/

Are the glue sticks used pretty standard and available or do you have to use Ryobi specific ones?

It's my understanding that the HART 4 gallon sprayer in the other thread is a rebranded Ryobi. So my question is will this take that sprayer's battery? Thanks!

Ordered one @ $14.99 plus tax. Also used promocode FREESHIP and did indeed get free shipping. Pretty good deal in IMO since I already have several Ryobi One+ 18 volt tools & batteries.
