Unless you are a collector... no need. I totally agree, but do you ever resell these games? I for sure never did, still have my zelda DS and 3DS games, still have my wii and wii U zeldas, marios, I can never sell them, maybe one day I will but the amount of time we spend storing, and taking up space, clutter, etc.. seriously.. and the convenience of not having to switch cartridges.. However one huge downside, if you lose your game, or your console crashes, after the console's time is over, like Wii.. If I had digital games on Wii, I can probably never redownload them once the service is out? Like PS3.. Although I think PS3 still stores my purchases as of 2020.
