I seriously doubt it. Nintendo first party titles rarely go below $35 especially for digital.

Boo. It said not returnable after pin is fulfilled. Wasn't sure if they considered emailing fulfilment or actually activating the code on an account.

That's shady af.

I was thinking how can you return it if you can't return it after they send it. Can't return it before you get it. That would be cancelling.

But you are correct. It says 30 day return starts on 12/26. But when you click "Details" link to view more (why would you?) it says:

Special return instructions
Video Game downloads are not returnable after purchase. If you are uable (their typo) to locate or redeem your code, please go to walmart.com/help and click contact us

Gamestop has it for $36.27 plus tax. Not the download version either so you can return within their window.
