19g sugar and 5g added. Not healthy and NOT good for losing weight.

I'm not criticizing the deal. It's a good price. But for the same price you can get protein shakes with less (or no) sugar, that taste just as good.

19g of sugar in a serving is NOT good for anyone in their middle age or older. Excess consumption will lead to insulin resistance + pre-diabetes.
Years of high sugar/simple-carbs diet will eventually lead to full blown type 2 diabetes and potentially cardiovascular disease. It's up to us to take charge of our own health.

I do. 25g carbs and 5g of fat, but only 10g protein? That is not the way to lose weight.

its too bad a deal site turns into WebMD. Shouldn't comments be directed at the deal and not how healthy i it is? who cares? Buy it or don't, people aren't coming here for nutritional counseling

i mean… speak for yourself. I've lost 40 pounds over 2 years literally just replacing lunch with one of these. There's no magic macro formula to losing weight. It's all CICO.

Agreed. For the roughly the same # of total calories, I would recommend people drink Premier Protein instead. It goes on sale from time to time at Costco and on Amazon sometimes as well:
https://www.amazon.com/Premier-Pr...B08SRSRN7G

High carb drinks will just spike your blood sugar and leave you feeling hungry sooner which ironically leads to people eating more. This is also why low-fat foods paradoxically lead to most people gaining more weight.
